About Us
Carnico Tools & Provisions is a space dedicated to live-fire grilling and dry aging equipment, as well as other tools for cooking and grilling. We are the authorized retailer and showroom for Mibrasa Home and Dry Ager USA for residential customers.
We sell a selection of 30-, 45- and 60-day Prime grade dry-aged steaks from legendary New York City butcher, Pat LaFrieda. You can also find BEHER 100% de bellota Iberico ham and lomo products, caviar, foie gras, and a carefully curated selection of spices, pepper, tinned fish and other fine foods.
