DESCRIPTION:HIKE TO THE LOST TOWN OF LOMA PRIETA - Led by Cal State Parks \n\nHike into the California State Forest of Nisene Marks\, Aptos CA\n\nThe hike will be around 2.5 - 3 hours. We will meet at the Port Gate at the\n\nPorter Family Picnic Area\, and follow the Loma Prieta Grade Trail\, to the Mill\n\nPond Trail to the Loma Prieta Town Site and back on the Aptos Creek Fire Trail.\n\n\n\nThe trail is relatively flat with two areas that can get steep. Please wear\n\ncomfortable shoes\, bring water\, snacks\, sunblock\, a walking stick and whatever else\n\nyou need to be comfortable on this hike. Bring a picnic lunch for after the hike\n\nif you wish. Tables will be available.
